“Great place for kiting and enjoying the beach, the view and the ocean, lovely people, all the team is great; the beach boy, the cook the volunteers, fantastic location. The breakfast is a whole experience and the food from the restaurant is extremely delicious. Cold beers and delicious caipirinha. Good wifi, safe place, nice rooms. I fell in love with Ilha do Guajiru. Thanks a lot Ángela and Aline and everyone for the great experience.”

“The staff were great, Hos and Daisy were really friendly and as we were the only people here we felt like VIP guests. Compliments to the chef, breakfast and meals were excellent. We tried a breakfast quiche day 1 after eating a full breakfast and it was amazing was hoping it would be on breakfast menu day 2., The location was great to chill out and the accommodation is spot on. Fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend and we hope to venture back during kiting season as the lagoon in front of the hotel is an ideal spot to kite.”

“Casa La Bruxa was a serene get away. The property was spacious, the design was phenomenal and the staff was warm and welcoming. It’s a laid back, relaxing property. The sounds of the palms in the wind is tranquil. The location is perfect to be removed from the mainstream kiters in your downtime, but also right where you want to be to launch your own kite. The grass is well kept and a perfect place to leave your kite between sessions. They also have sand bags to hold the kite down. Alejandro and Paoli thought of every detail. The rooms have everything you need and more. We loved the hanging rack they designed to help dry out all your kiting wear as well. The beds are comfortable and the walk in closets are nice to help you unpack and feel at home. But the best spot might just be the hammocks on the deck, overlooking the lagoon. There are coconut palm groves close by that we enjoyed running through. If you go far enough you will be between healthy mangroves on the left by the lagoon and rows and rows of beautiful coconut palm trees. If you’re looking for paradise you have found it! In all my travels, I have never felt so welcomed to an area. If you need anything the staff is happy to help. The breakfast is fresh and delicious and the coffee is tasty.
