Starting with the excellent fondue he made (I am Swiss myself, so I know how a good fondue tastes), it was one of the best fondues I ever had. Mr. Dietrich is furthermore very knowledgable of the local culture and you can learn a lot from him. Although he may not be fluent in english, communication with him works really well, as what I have seen from other english speaking guests. The hotel is great if you want to experience Switzerland in an authentic traditional way. Furthermore, the place is also very family friendly.”
