“Arnold, the owner, is also the chief cook and is excellent. He speaks English (his mother doesn't, but she is very nice and friendly). The waitresses speak some English and are helpful. The parking is easy and free, across the street. You have to carry your suitcase upstairs, but it is worth it for the comfortable room.”
