“The hotel is located in a charming village around the Black Forest. They provide very helpful guidance for hikes around the area. They even have an app for this with an English translation :) We were traveling with a 6 month old baby and another with a 3 year old and can say this is a child-friendly hotel. Just call ahead if you need anything special. I think the rooms we were in were recently renovated. We took 3 rooms (2 for families with 1 small child and 1 for a single person). All three had beautiful balconies, comfortable beds, and enough space for the number of people in each room. Showers had excellent water pressure, breakfast was a feast, and the owners/staff were lovely. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.”

“This is a perfect apartment for families, couples or friends! First of all, the area is extremely beautiful. We loved that it is not near the main attractions, so we could have enjoyed the quite and beauty of the forest. The apartment is extremely big! Two beautiful rooms and each room has privacy. The balcony is very relaxing as well! The kitchen is absolutely perfect! There is simply everything in the highest quality! The host is extremely nice and helpful!!! “The location was just out Bad-Peterstal, but at easy walking distance. The breakfast varied between either extra fruit, or an egg-dish (scrambled,...) which made a nice change everyday. It was served very tidy and extra coffee/chocolate milk/... was no problem at all. Very clean bathroom. Huge plus was that you could make the room entirely dark (!!) AND soundproof. It's nice to hear the river streaming next to your room when reading a book, but when you love a quiet room to sleep, this is the place to be. No cars, no outside noise - just quiet peace :)”

“Very good contact with owner, nice view, comfortable bed, a lot of information by the owner and very easy to contact. Always ready to help. Balcony was good to have, enjoy a wine and the view. Quiet neighboorhood (at least in May), the scent of the seringen (?) everywhere. Just 10 minutes walk to the railway station. The living room is spacious and "gemütlich" decorated with candles and bookshelves. TV, and soundsystem works well. Kitchen well equiped and almost all we needed was there.”
