“The Hotel is a little hard to get to by train , but with some homework there are some short cuts and a lift at the baths that make the walk a lot easier with luggage- contact the hotel and they will be only too happy to advise .The hotel is situated with in 5 min walk to the baths and also the Sonnerberg Funicular .The staff were most helpful during our entire stay.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Gasthof Hirsch. Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, very clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had great water pressure. We really enjoyed the spacious private balcony (we were on the 3rd floor) overlooking the town and mountains. All meals were homemade, delicious and plentiful. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay and we chose to have our evening meals at the hotel too, because the food was so delicious and excellent value for money. We highly recommend Gasthof Hirsch for couples and families.”

“Very nice hostess, very large rooms. We booked an apartment with one bedroom and mentioned that we were coming with a 1 year old and a 4 year old child. They already prepared the cough as a bed so this was very convenient. Nice view over the mountains and a fun fact was the garden in the back in the hills. Children could run and roll off so they had a great time. Also the huge balcony was nice because now the kids could run and play. Very clean and big bathroom, 2 tv´s and a kitchen with everything you need. Location was great!!!”

“Excellent location - just in front of the train stop (not a "train station" per se - but the train stops there, sort of like a "tram" does in other towns); just 10 meters from the tourist info office and the fernicular to go up to the Sommerberg (Treetop walking & TreeTower); about 3 minutes walk to the Palais Thermal, and less than 10 minutes walk to the KurTheatre & the Trinkhalle (for those attending the Belcanto Festival every summer). Despite its central location, it is quite quiet. The room I stayed was small but well appointed, and very cosy. A lots of cushions on the couch. Room balcony is just above the river). There is also a nice spacious Lounge on the 1st floor, and the breakfast room/restaurant is very elegantly decorated with vases of fresh lilies. A small, but shiny, elevator. As it is, the price is reasonable!”

“Very clean, very comfortable, very spacious apartment. We had everything we needed for cooking, too. “Anita a very friendly and helpful host. A very eclectic accommodation - colourful and busy, but homely and with a wonderfully comfortable bed. My room had a double balcony with great views of Bad Wildbad and the Black Forest. Dated but spotless bathroom. Breakfast beautifully laid out. Great coffee and service. 10 minute walk down steps to the main street and river where there are some lovely places to eat. Short drive to the amazing Baumwipfelpfad Schwarzwald which was recommended by Anita and one of the highlights of my trip. I'd stay again.”

“There is a tray to put on shoes you take off so that the floor of room keeps clean. So I couldy freely walk around in my room on my foot without slippers. They do not have a regular laundry service but they washed my cloths on my request. They lent me a pass to enter many facilities in the Black Forest province for free like Spas, a cable car, parking lots and so many so I could enter the castle Hohenzollern for free.”

“Excellent apartments, exactly match the description on the site. There are all household items that you just need. A big plus is a washing and drying machine installed in the basement of the house. The house is very conveniently located - all routes for hiking on the mountain start straight behind the house. The apartments are very cozy and clean, the hosts are friendly. Bad Bad Wildbad itself thanks to two thermal centers, a beautiful park and well-organized walking trails is an excellent holiday destination, which we visit for the third time. “Very large apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. While we were there, it was quite rainy, so having that kind of space meant that we were not stuck and were still able to enjoy ourselves. It has a very large balcony too - we weren't able to use it because of the rain, but definitely would be great to have breakfast out there on a summer's day, looking out at the hills. It's really close to Bad Wildbad Nord station (2 mins) and about a 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, 20-25 minutes to the centre - it's very walkable. Plus you get a Konus card, which means you can travel for free on the local transport. Bad Wildbad itself is lovely, lots of very well marked hiking trails for short, easier hikes, plus it's possible to do a longer one to the Kaltenbronn wetlands, very scenic and spooky. Baumwipfelpfad (the treetop walkway) is really cool, and definitely worth a visit.”

“The apartment is beautiful, it is in a great location in a village in the middle of the Black Forest and there's plenty around to do and see, great for hiking and relaxing. The place itself is really nice, it was super clean on arrival and it has almost every facility you could ask for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well set, as well as the bathroom, there's also plenty of towels and blankets for you to use. It also has a really nice balcony from which you can see the forest and have breakfast there. Nerlich was so kind to us and helped us with everything even though we had some troubles to make it there on time for the first time, se was so helpful. All in all we will tottally recommend and will definetely be staying here again when we come back!”
