“Fantastic place. Very helpful and kind staff. Family run hotel. Rich breakfasts and dinners are available. Aprox. 10 min. to Berchtesgaden, 15min. to Königsee + Jennerbahn. Free parking. We got studio downstairs with doors directly to the green. There was pleasant cold during this warm weather. Nice room, terrace with deckchairs, beautiful views to mountains Hoher Göll, Kehlstein (with Eagle´s Nest), Jenner... Everything was clean and new. Surroundings is green, trees, really calming and restful place. Tidy. Safe for children - lot of space to play, there is no traffic, road is ending there. Small pool with mountain water for feet :) Love it and fully recommend to everybody who likes family hospitality, mountains, views, good cuisine, relax and quiet.”

The kitchen has everything that was needed and more. The TV console housed many games and some toys for kids. Even a step stool for kids is included. “We booked this vacation apartment one day before for an extended Easter Weekend (it was on a Thursday and our stay was starting the next day). I called to make sure the booking was fine and I got the confirmation, so the next morning we packed our luggage, jumped in the car and drove there for an 8h drive. I didn't expect much as the price for this property was lower than others in the same area and especially given that the whole resort was more than 95% booked. We were welcomed by the host and she showed us around. It was all quite fast as within 10 minutes we could already enjoy the apartment, with the car parked in front. It is nice that each apartment has its own parking spot and the parking lot is directly in front of the house, so carrying our stuff to and from the apartment was a breeze. The apartment was very clean and the space is huge (75 sqm). The rooms are big and welcoming, there is a nice living room with a sofa and two armchairs + a big coffee table where we could play some games with the kids. The kitchen is rather small but there is plenty of space for 4 people to sit at the table. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed: pots, glasses, cutlery, plates, pans, big bowls for salads, etc. There was also a stove top, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, basically everything one could want. If we knew we wouldn't have brought so much stuff with us. We were more than happy with the place and I could say it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and prompt. Paying for the apartment, getting the keys and checking out were all very quick and efficient. We also enjoyed two dinners in the restaurant and the food was very good. Also there the staff is nice and friendly. The location is nice, with a view to the mountains. However, getting into the center of the town or other places requires a bus or car.”
