“We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the lake which was fantastic.Since I have pain in my knees going upstairs without a lift would have been a big problem.Bed linen towels and room very clean.Personnel very pleasant and friendly.Gave us good service.An unforgettable holiday.Wish I could save up quickly to come back and stay much longer.”

“This hotel is located right in front of the train station, so it's very convenient in terms of transportation, and despite its location it has a beautiful view on the mountains and it is very quiet there (no auto/bus/train noise). The hotel is very welcoming and cozy. Very friendly staff. Also I liked hot chocolate for breakfast :)”

“Loved the decor! Really quaint bavarian style-without it being actually old and dusty. Very clean, amazing staff!!! The staff really go out of thier way for you-all you have to do is ask. Checkout was the easiest ever experienced-every aspect was top notch. Location is really good-5mins to the train station, we had a 4yr old with us and were travelling by train so it was nice not to have to hire a taxi to get to the hotel. Used the pool and sauna which can be busy but its all included in the price so it was still a huge bonus! I am definatley coming back - book the family suit its utter luxury!”
