“We had face-to-face contact with four staff - 1. At check-in. 2. In the restaurant (dinner). 3. In the restaurant (breakfast). 4. At check-out. Only the check-in agent did not speak English, but he made up for it by being extremely helpful and eager to please. All the other staff spoke English. Under-cover secure parking was easy to access and there was elevator access from the car park to reception and the guest rooms. The choices offered in the restaurant, for dinner and for breakfast (breakfast was included in the room-rate) were varied ans the food was well-prepared and the dinner was reasonably priced. The staff in both areas were very attentive and pleasant.”
