“There were electrical plugs on each side of the bed. The bathroom has a door so light doesn't bleed into the sleeping area. There was a small fridge.”

“We just wanted a stop over hotel but got stranded here for an extra night because of Storm Gloria. Casa del Lago is quite small but with a BIG heart. The Russian family, who run the hotel, couldn’t do enough for us. Dinner and breakfast, at an extra cost, was excellent with plenty of choice. Mama does all the cooking which is traditional Russian cuisine. There is a lovely sauna, Turkish bath and a large cold plunge pool. We are not sauna people but we could have used it if we had wanted to. The hotel looks over a man made lake and I can imagine that it would be a lovely walk around it - but not in Storm Gloria! Thank you to Alla and her family for a lovely stay and we can certainly recommend Casa del Lago - we will be going back 😃”
