“The location was perfect for exploring the region by car and the nearby headland and sandy beaches on foot. There is a Spar shop opposite the property that provided everything we needed and the local fish restaurants that we could walk to in 10 minutes were excellent. The local area is great for walking and nature and being away from it all, the local community were really friendly. The beach Praia de Area Major is a real gem not to be missed. Louro is welcoming without being overly touristy with just a few bars, restaurants and bakery. We were delighted to find that the property has four bathrooms and all four bedrooms are a good size. The facilities are all adequate and our stay was very comfortable. There is room to park two cars securely.”
