He explained everything very carefully, all the options, and gave us the choice to cancel the reservation. He drove us twice to the hot springs.”

Considering it is on a main road and my room was directly above the bar it was surprisingly quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast included the biggest & freshest croissant I've had in ages.”

“Excellent hotel to stay at. It was in a lovely little square, which was a bit noisy during the evening, but that is to be expected as there were a few bars/restaurants in the square. Lot's of places to eat/drink close by - after a day we had our favourites. The hotel room was large and it was made up every day. Very clean room and 24 hr reception. We will stay here again. There are thermal spas not too far away, just take a short train ride from Plaza Minor, which were great. Nice way to spend a couple of hours relaxing.”
