“The villa was vacant, so we have got even better room than the initially booked one. Kitchen facilities included, garage, small clean pool in the yard (shared for 2 cottages). Quiet green residential area, but highway is close and supermarket is just 600 m away. The host was always “online” and very helpful, and even offered us one more night for free because of small problem with electricity (though we had a lovely evening with candles).”

“A charming and quiet place for family vacation. If you like peaceful surroundings and spectacular views, here you will be able to please all your senses. Full satisfaction and a high standards guaranteed. A lot of plants and flowers around, so you can admire the colorful butterflies and birds. The facility is comfortably equipped with everything you would need during your stay - washing machine, dishwasher, cooking oven and lot of everyday household stuff is available in a very ergonomic form. Even private indoor pool as well as parking/garage is at your sole disposal. There is a lot of space here to spend days and not get bored. My favorite daily routine: A cup of coffee in the living room looking through panoramic windows at the morning sun illuminating El Teide and the fog falling on Puerto de la Cruz. The views and perspective due to the location of the villa are really impressive. Great kitchen will allow you to prepare meals for family or friends and there are few outdoor terraces, where you can enjoy your foods and drinks, watching sunsets or or listen to the birds singing in the morning. Villa Maiquetia is also a great starting point for trips around Tenerife. For best experience and time managing just take a rental car from the airport. Small, narrow streets with gardens and villas lead to the property from Santa Ursula main street. The neighborhood here is quiet and discreet. There is no traffic around, so you can go for a walk if you like. Nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and markets, reachable in 15 minutes walking distance. When walking, you'll have to climb uphill, so if you are lazy, better take the car. In about 20 minutes you can reach famous Loro Park for a eventfull day, in less than 1 hour drive, you will stand at the foot of the sleeping volcano in National Park of El Teide. The hosts ot the villa are also very kind and helpful. They complete the whole experience with their kindness and professionalism.”

“Everything was amazing! Villa is absolutely perfect! It's located in lovely place not far from restaurants and bars. Also there is a garage for car, we're using it every day, very comfortable. But the most lovely spot in villa is terrace! it's so perfectly to sit there and have a breakfast in the morning or glass of wine in the evening and to look on beautiful picture of ocean and sky. “Really nice apartment with balcony great views and good facilities. The apartment owners were extremely welcoming, courteous and helpful, even checking up on us to make sure we were ok when a week into our stay the government national lockdown began. They were flexible extending our stay as needed and helped us by booking our taxi to the airport. We would certainly recommend to our friends and relatives. Really nice people and we were sad to have to leave.”

“Manuel met us at the apartment at the agreed arrival time and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful. There was a lovely breakfast left for us with croissants, butter, jam, milk, fruit juice, water, tea and coffee.
