Very clean appartment with everything one can need. Great new rooms and great fitness, sauna, hammam and jacuzi. Elevator for disabled ... Bergheim is very well situated in the Alsace along the Route des Vignobles. Great biking facilities and we could bike to Colmar and many other beautiful villages through the vineyards. Amandine took care of an extra electric bike to rent! Thanks!”

“To stay in a lovely Medieval building in the centre of such a beautiful old town really set the scene to feel transported back in history. The facilities were all you needed. Internet in our room was no problem., maybe we were closer to the router . The breakfasts were unbelievable. Fresh homemade jams cheeses, fruit and bread. Omelettes also. Great start to the day. The on site restaurant is also worth a visit, but best to book in advance. When travelling to the Alsasse in future Chez Norbert will definitely be on the agenda.”

“It was perfect - clean and beautifully furnished with high attention to detail and the owners were so lovely and welcoming despite arriving much later than hoped due to a road closure in Switzerland en-route. We were only staying one night on the way back from Italy travelling home to the UK but wish we could have stayed longer to actually enjoy Bergheim even for a day as it looked so picturesque so we may well return again 😁”
