We visited out of season [mid-March] which was nice and quiet but suspect it will be a different place in the Summer months, obviously! Great to be able to get the 'navette' over to Arcachon being a quick 20-mintue crossing over Le Bassin which was like a mill-pond so, no problem for potential non sea worthy punters - lovely trip over to the 'other side'!”

“Excellent place to stay and surpasses its 2 star rating. Our room had a large patio area overlooking the pool with a large wooden table and chairs and the public areas are lovely. The pool area is an added bonus and is clean with comfortable sun loungers. We enjoyed the continental breakfasts. We couldn't fault anything. Location was great for us, just a 5 minute walk to the seafront and ferry across to Archacon and bike hire for exploring the area.”

“Everything. The comfort of our bed and style of our room, the perfect temperature of the lovley pool, the great beds beside the pool, the super stylish garden . Madam Cecile was so kind and helpful, even showing us the route to the Doctors in her car. The breakfasts were without doubt the most delicious I have ever tasted.
