When my brother enquired about taxi arrangements from Toulouse to Mirepoix, the owner offered to collect him himself at half the normal rate. “The is a B&B in a very very nice, large upgraded home with very large rooms. Every room in the house is fun - large and nicely decorated. The bathroom is huge and modern. The English owners are attentive to every detail. Breakfast was great, and would've been on the terrace is it had been warmer. Two to three blocks away is the main plaza and church, with many restaurants, old timbered buildings, and the site of one of the oldest and largest farmers markets in this part of France. It could not have been better.”
