“Everything was perfect. This is a beautiful home in a lovely, tranquil area. Our bedroom looked out onto the garden and woods.. A wonderful air conditioned resting place after a very hot day on the road. All of this was complemented by fantastic hosts who provided us with cold drinks on arrival along with a scrumptious fruit dessert for the picnic dinner we had brought with us. “Exceptionally friendly and helpful host. Our upstairs unit was decorated in unique style with a four poster bed and antiques.. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and very new. We sat at the round table and were able to overlook the river from our room. Breakfast was in the very pretty courtyard, decorated with antique mirrors and chandeliers. The breakfast was amazing - not just generous but arranged in a very decorative way, with fancy dishes. - very convenient distance to Villandry.”
