“Catherine was the absolute perfect host: she baked us fresh bread in the morning, had great pizza recommendations and even picked up some flowers from a local florist for my wife's birthday. We felt so incredibly welcome in the Stables Cottage, which is a gorgeous, cozy two bedroom cottage with a beautiful view out onto the farm, complete with a tub and great showers. It's a very short drive to Castle Coombe too, which is a total fairy-tale of a village. This was really one of the best stays we've had, anywhere in the world.”

“Well from the minute we arrived we knew we had booked the perfect place. A welcome basket of fresh eggs, milk (soya & regular), biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar were all at hand. The table was laid beaitfully and we were greeted by the Martin (one of the owners). The house is simply gorgeous. It is decorated to a high standard and is set perfectly within the working farm grounds. Whenever we needed something Martin was there immediately to help and solved the problems quickly. We slept well on the comfy beds and made the most of having a gorgeous logs burner in living room..... Since getting back we have recommended it to many people and will for a long time to come.”
