“The welcome received on arrival was very welcoming and friendly. We were then taken to our room which was very cosy and spacious. A very nice touch was the basket with tooth paste and toothbrushes. Also the goodies and snacks that were put out. We stayed for lunch and had the homemade soup and sandwich, which the soup was excellent. All the food was home made and fresh quality produced. I have a few food allergies and Gluten free and there was no problem. On the evening we had a great meal again and the atmosphere was lovely with the service where nothing was to much trouble. We even asked for a cheese board that wasn't even on the menu and that was no trouble and really nice. Our host was so nice and made conversation and met our every need. This place is a little Diamond in the rough and highly recommend staying for the breakfast. Will be going again.”
