“First of all I would like to point out that I booked this accommodation as bed and breakfast, which is not so as they do not provide breakfast, so in my opinion they are miss leading people who book to stay there. We were told by a customer in the pub that they did not provide breakfast , and we later found out that it is mentioned in small print that there is no meal with the room. Also my wife and I were put into what can only be described as a single room with two single beds in it, the beds couldn't be put next to each other as there wasn't enough room, one bed didn't even have a headboard, so my wife had to lean on the wall to read in bed. Facilities in the room were a sink, and a kettle to make a drink - the staff didn't bother to replenish the milk for drinks, we had to ask . The bathroom and toilet was a shared facility which again was unacceptable.Overall I am disgusted with this accommodation, considering I paid £100 for two of us to sleep in a room for two nights, it is daylight robbery. I hope that you will address this matter with the people who run the Peacock Inn, I certainly will never stay there again - I would describe the accommodation as fit for tradesmen who are working away from home.”

“Entire experience was excellent. Host followed up on the reservation with a phone call the day before arrival and was available at any time. Apartment was spotless and offered all conveniences needed. There was even milk, coffee, tea, water and cereal provided. Everything functioned perfectly, wifi, kitchen appliances, hot water. Location right across the street from Sainsbury's and next to the center of town near restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and I will definitely book for my next stay in Loughborough.”
