“Everything. Lovely cream tea welcome pack and bottle of wine etc. Thanks very much. Laura was very welcoming. House was very clean and had plenty of character. Fantastic very large child’s playroom on top floor although we didn’t have any children with us! Enclosed small garden safe for children. Very central for visiting Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings, Lewes etc and Seaford is a lovely small town. The property is just yards from the shops but still quiet. Loved our Sunday lunch on the Bluebell line steam train. ( used for the filming of Downton Abbey and The Railway Children apparently) Car parking on private drive.”
