“The villas were adorable, clean, and spacious, and very close to the beach. We had a view of the mountain and spent the afternoons we weren't on the beach or exploring the island (it's a very easy trip to Spinalonga and totally doable to Vai or Phaistos) on our porch. The family who owns the villas are the nicest, most generous people. We had breakfast our first morning and dinner our last night with them and they were the best meals we had our entire trip. They made our honeymoon so special and we are so thankful!”

“We made a last minute booking as we're touring Crete by car and we were enchanted at Villa Angela. The view of the sea and mountains landscape from the terrace is very beautiful, the surroundings are amazing, the location is peaceful, relaxed, tranquil and easily accessible. The apartment is exceptionally clean, with all that one needs for a self sufficient holiday. Kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious and a nice swimming pool multiplies your possibilities to fully relax. There is free parking available and the owners are extremely nice and discrete. They even offered us fresh figs from their own garden and they do a great job in keeping the place so clean and cozy. We warmly recommend it and hope to return! Villa Angela is also an excellent spot for who tours by car since we drove from here easily to Eastern and South Eastern Crete and the drive is an amazing experience since you get towards the real Cretan landscapes that combines sea and arid mountains in a breathtaking visual experience. The beaches around are excellent and we recommend a drive to Vai or closer by to Mochlos. The town of Agios Nikolaos is a short drive away.”

When we arrived the beautiful lady with the blue eyes gave us for our little son 2 fresh eggs just taken from the chickens! She was very friendly and polite! We asked her if we could checking out late at about 17:00 and she had no problem! Unfortunately we stayed there just 1 day! Τhere were also some beautiful and very very cute and mincing cats...! Also the price was very very low! I would totally recommend Athina Villas to anyone! Thank you Athina...!”

“The location of this accommodation is fantastic for being by the sea and the beach. Less than 5 minute drive to Istro where lots of lovely little shops also plenty of places to eat amazing Greek home cooked food. Great central place to explore the east of Crete with Irepetra about 30 min drive which is the most southern town in Europe. Ag Nikolos is about 20 minutes drive and well worth seeing and feeling the eveing life for family's and the younger. On the rocks listening to the sea is fantastic, entering the water beside the house is wonderful. 2 minute walk in either directed takes you to many little coves. The beach is pebbles but once you are in the water it's sand. Locals use this beach and its quieter and lots of space for family's. Sitting on the beach looking at your accommodation is rather super. The house is three appartments which if a Large group or family rented would be the most amazing holiday. Very quiet and private, but having people next to us was great, everybody was very friendly and happy to get on with their holiday. Great bbq area for all to use and everything you could need if you wanted to cook at home. I would love to come back to this amazing stone-house. Truly special accommodation at I feel a very good price.”
