“It was very peaceful and quiet, uphill from the noisy downtown area. The owners were extremely kind and asked us whether there was anything we needed, and although they lived on the premises they never interfered with our routines. The apartment was beautifully decorated and we appreciated the concern for our well-being in every little detail, from the colorful flowered curtains and paintings to the cups, glasses and plates, from the well-stocked bathroom with plenty of towels of all sizes, shower gel, shampoo to the elegant spacious wardrobes and front-and-back balconies. When we arrived, there were peaches, figs and cold water in the fridge. The small swimming pool in the front garden is excellent to cool down on a hot summer afternoon and the views over the sea of olive trees, the mountains and the sea are just beautiful. We want to take this opportunity to thank the owners for the great time we had at Alonia!”
