“The rooms were very tastefully decorated, had wonderful lighting choices that naturally enhanced the ambiance of the room, along with easily accessible and well-placed electrical outlets. Again, there were two choices of lighting directly near the bed which is great if you want to stay up and read & your partner doesn't. There was also an outlet for charging cell phones, looking at computer whatever directly your bedside, as well as at the desk. Rooms also had a beautiful neutral colour scheme with rich looking artwork and boutique wallpaper and entire room and restroom were absolutely spotless! The bed was soft and the sheets luxurious, (in contrast to other places in Hungary.) The air conditioning worked very well, the TV was nicely placed. Breakfast was exceptional. You couldn't ask for a wider variety of meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages, fresh fruits & veggies, condiments, beautiful pastries, full-range cappuccino/coffee machine, etc.! and to top it off... champagne with breakfast! What a treat. The staff (thank you to the lady at breakfast who opened a new sparkling wine for me, and brought me more brie!) was immediately responsive to any need and very professional. The on-site underground parking garage was a good value, and also spotless, my car tyres literally squeaked on the floor! Rooms are directly accessible from the garage as well -secure, and smart. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly situated. You are in the pedestrian only zone of this little town in 3 minutes flat. Its dead quiet at night, and the upper deck area offers a beautiful view of the lit up buildings at night.”

It feels really exclusive :)”

It's an incredibly quiet area, the bed is very comfortable and I have to say we slept better than we do at home. The view from the house it's spectacular and we just couldn't get enough of it!!! The kitchen has everything and I have to say the books on the shelves are worth a quick read through! Hilltop Hideout will forever stay in our hearts and I really can't recommend this place enough!!!
