“Staying with Lalu and Tracey was the best thing that could have happend to us in Tetebatu. The accomodation is quite new and Lalu is really passionate about building a comfortable homestay. The bungalow is very clean and cozy and is located in the middle of green ricefields. In the morning you can enjoy a great view of the Mount Rinjani. “Welcome to the Hotel Tetebatu! Such a lovely place! The Bungalows are beautiful, very modern, clean and well-appointed. The location is very central and close to the waterfalls and rice terraces. You can reach everything by foot or take a scooter for more action and a authentic lombok experience. Especially the guys working in the Hotel particulary Herry were exceptionally helpful, funny and professional! They literally did everything for us to feel like home.. Which we did since the from the first minute we arrived :) They provide everything you need e.g scooter, personal driver (to the airport or any other place), food(great food btw), tours etc. we did increadibly much in just 2 days. Henry showed us how different plants grow such as vanilla, cacao, koffe, tabac, beans, peanuts, Meg nuts, pinapples and many more things. Moreover they go with you to the villages and show you the locals and the real life, how they work and live. The locals are very lovely and hospitable. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. You did a great job guys! Lots of kisses to the hotelcat Rob :)”

“We fell in love with Tetebatu and its people. Our 4 days there were the highlight of our 4 week trip to Indonesia and we made memories that will last a lifetime. The beautiful scenery - every shade of green you can imagine was only surpassed by the friendliness of the locals. Matu was the most amazing host, guiding us across hidden rice fields and waterfalls. He even gave me his flip flops when mine broke. The bungalows were built by Matu in a traditional Indonesian style and they are gorgeous. The jungle shower is the best bathroom we've had on this trip. The hospitality of the locals will blow your mind. We were invited into their homes, given coffee and home made treats and we even went to a local wedding where we danced with the wedding party through the streets. “We had an amazing stay in this hostel! The staff is very friendly and always helpfull. They cook good food and really do everything for you. They arranged a pick up and drop off at the harbor, which made our stay very easy for us. We went on a walking tour day trip with the owner, through Rice terrass and local villagages.
