“Everything. It was just so amazing. I was hesitated to book at first, looking at the other bad reviews. But booked it anyway because of the price, and it's better than just staying at hotel. So I understand why there are some bad reviews about the place, mainly about the cleanliness. The thing is, this is a natural resort. There are bugs, especially at nights, and earth worms. They are all outside the room. I booked the "Beach House", the aircon one. I think you won't have problems with bugs if you take the aircon one. As for the natural cool, it makes sense if there are bugs coming in, since there are more opening for air. I personally are terrified of bugs, there are few screams at night when I go out to the toilet (as the beach house's toilet is outside the room). Also when I was going to take shower, I can see some earth worms, and we just took stick to move them away. (the shower is an open concept shower with no walls, it was amazing, especially for couples. It's like taking shower outdoors. "Walls" are made of bushes and leaves). But all these you can't blame the resort, as they ARE there to preserve the place as well. It was well maintained, looking at how big the place is. (43 acres if I'm not wrong). There are few very minor stains on the bed sheet. I was complaining to my partner about it as to bleach the thing is very simple task! Until I read their booklet of how they maintain the place. They use STRICTLY eco friendly products. Don't expect a 5 stars quality bed sheet, as it is made by the local community with linen. But it is not bad either, it is still comfy. They also support the more unfortunate people, by creating classes and gave them jobs such as the bed sheet ones! The water that you are getting is purified by themselves, and it is nicely put in a recycled wine bottles! (It's very clean water and taste good though, don't worry). They have a lot of activity, (both free and not free).”
