“This is basically a homestay. Usually I find that a bit awkward, but Stefano and his family are the nicest, most helpful people imaginable. He even gave me a lift from the train station on his moto. My room was clean and modern, and also had access to the balcony and the roof. The door to the outside has a screen so you can have a nice breeze without worrying about mosquitos. The beach is just around the corner and there's also a supermarket nearby. I particularly like the family dog, whose name is Bart, after Bart Simpson (you can see the resemblance in the photo). If you need to burn some calories after all the Italian food, he loves to be chased.”

“The location is very good for family with kids. The flat was very comfortable and clean. One can even use a washing machine in the property. The nearest supermarket is 15 minutes walking distances which is fine if you are a standard fit person capable of walking and if you don't want to go for shopping with a stroller (Italian's pavements are pretty bad or missing in some cases). There are couple of restaurants, usually opened in the evening as usual (we have tested only one, with a good pizza). Beaches are good, covered by stones -- we found a nice spot which our kids liked which was about 20 minutes walking from the property. The access to the beach is fine, but again do not take the stroller as there are stairs...”
