“When we arrived, Sofia met us with a friend who speaks a little English to help with communication. We were led a couple of blocks away from the original address, because there had been a "water problem". I cannot speak for the usual apartment, but the replacement apartment was fantastic. All of the facilities were excellent and it was really spacious.”

“Stella Marina exceeded our expectations, The hosts picked us up at the airport, took us to a market and drove us to the train station when it was time to leave. Lovely people. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with a great location in the old town. The wifi worked great. The kitchen was well supplied. The pizza place around the corner had some of the best wood fired pizza we have ever had for 5 euro a pizza. Morning coffee on the terasse was lovely and the home made, almond cookies were a treat.”

“The pictures on the site don't really do this justice.... The balcony is huge, wrapped round three sides of the apartment, so you get sun all day, but there are roll out awnings for shade too. There is plenty of high quality, outdoor furniture, so you can eat, sunbathe, or just relax outside. The bed is a really comfy king-size, and as it is situated on a mezzanine floor it has a romantic feel to it. Valentina, our host, was amazing - really friendly and knowledgeable. She collected us from the airport, and she pointed out lots of must-see places on our 15 minute trip to the apartment. The location is fantastic too. Right in the centre, with a five minute walk to the harbour, where there are some beautiful restaurants, and where you'll find the first of many historic places of interest. We were delighted with Brindisi, but this wonderful gem just put the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!”
