The restaurant was excellent and the service great.”

I enjoyed the fact that even at 1:00 am, the front desk guy was willing to serve me some after dinner digestives (Amaro) after I asked. Will come back. Across the hotel was a gelateria and a mini-market. Very convenient.”

“Great experience this week... I came to Termo because my husband was in hospital. I had to find a place nearby to sleep and was sooo lucky to find Le Terrazze and cerainly to meet Elizabetta... She is the most friendly, caring and open host I could find... She helped me with many things and made my stay, although the difficilt situation, comfortable. I had the big room, very clean, quite, with a splendid view over the hills and the city. The bathroom was new, equiped and nice. She arranged a good breakfast for me every morning, she told about nice things to do in the area, restaurants to go to... When my husband came out of hospital she helped so well, we were so very welcome, this is a place and a lady we will certainly meet again! Thank you Elizabetta for everything ❤️”

“This an absolute marvel. From any point of view. It is beautifully located amidst the ondulating hills with sunflowers, olives an varous other cultures. Close to Fermo and the coast. The silence is like balm to the soul. The hosts are charming, helpful, accomodating and inviting. Very pleasant and interesting to talk with. The breakfasts taken onder a shady canope overlooking the landscape are very nice an varied. There is a good size eternity pool with panoramic views. There is ample and comfortably cushy seating arrangement located all around the house and the pleasant multi-level garden and the pool. The staff are attentive and available. Safe car parking. A pleasant surprise is finding your dusty car hosed down in the morning. Rooms spotlessy clean and well appointed with very complete equipment. Really a unique place to stay.”
