San Vigilio was a good choice of location to explore the surrounding and has a decent choice of restaurants and a very well stocked supermarket. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, very well (tastefully modern) furnished and everything was in excellent working condition. Possibly as perfect as it could be.”

The owner got straight on the phone and sorted out the complicated logistics for me in minutes. He then drew me a map and gave me exact directions and timings of where I needed to be and how long it would take. I needed to leave at 07;00 so they offered breakfast at 06:15. Many other places I have stayed would just say breakfast is at 07:00 or even 07:30 and you would be on the road with nothing. Excellent service. Being slightly out of the centre, its very quiet and so slept very well in the enormous bed. Amazing pizzeria 70m away with excellent wines and beers and a wholemeal pizza base option which was stunning. One of the best pizza's ive had anywhere.5 topping meaty pizza, jug of water, small beer and a glass of stunning Italian house red, €12:40. Amazing.”

This stay is on farm so you can buy delicious home bio products for a good price (cheese, bacon, sausages, milk, eggs, wine, honey..) About 2km to Kronplatz lift and about 4 km to nearest town. Overall great place to stay, we hope we'll be back again.”
