“First of all I really have to say that the staff was incredibly courteous and friendly! The rooms are super clean, the amenities very good. Everything you need is there. Unfortunately, the heating in our room was broken, the staff didn’t hesitate to take care of it immediately. We got an upgrade for another larger room. That was really great. Thanks for that! At breakfast there was unfortunately not so much choice but it was still delicious. We didn't like the dinner on the first evening, but I wouldn't give a deduction because everyone has a different taste. Overall, we will definitely come back to this hotel! it was great!”
