“The apartment is totally beyond its cost. The rooms are very large, clean and bright, very well decorated with new, outstanding furnitures. Two beautiful matrimonial bedrooms, one big balcony, and you can find anything you need for resting and cooking in the apartment. The location is brilliant, well connected, 20mins to the center of Firenze with tram. Very quiet neighborhood, shops, supermarkets nearby. A beautiful park right outside the building. Also you can find a very good night club two blocks away. The owner Antonio is very kind and friendly. He asked about our condition before we arrived to provide the best service and preparation. He even gave us a very heartwarming welcome with a bottle of Chianti. He told us everything we need to know about the apartment and the neighborhood, he was interested on helping and making us feel like home. He also was very flexible with the check-in and check-out hours. I totally recommend this place and willing to stay there again.”

“Our family group of 8 rented 3 room and were there for 5 nights during the Xmas period. We had wonderful relaxed, calm, peaceful stay. Sara and Francesco were excellent hosts who were always present and provided great breakfast which is part of the cost of the stay. The breakfast had many cakes/cookies/panettone to select, plus salumi like salame, capocollo, prosciutto cotto o crudo and some cheese varieties. The location requires a car and it is 20mins from Scandicci "tram via" final stop at Villa Constanza. From here it is 20mins to Florence main train station. Very convenient. Many thanks to the hosts for ensuring we had a wonderful stay.”
