“First and foremost, the staff was really good! You could really sense that they're there not because they just need a job but it felt like they really loved their job. Keep it up! 🤗 Then there's the commodity of the place. If you don't feel like going to other places, you could already have the nice and calming view of lake and nature surrounding the place. Really nice! The neighboring towns were fantastic! Easy trekking, though a bit far, paths which connects the towns. Plus the lovely lady guide (sorry I forgot to ask her name 😅✌️) of Serravalle Pistoiese. She let us climb the Barbarossa Tower, thus, we were able to inhale the magnificent overlooking views. Loved it!”

“Everything! The whole property is beautiful and well looked after. Location is in the middle of woods so defo need a car to reach but well worth it! Also the town of Pistoia was nearby and served amazing food! Our room was comfy and decorated nicely. It has a fridge and air con unit!! The breakfast was delish, not to mention the pool, views, cute dogs and the lovely hostess! Can’t fault the whole place! I wanna go back already!!”
