“B&B Verdemare is perfect in every way. Location, clean, communication. Laura and her husband were very helpful. 10 min. walk to ocean. Area feels safe. Verdemare is very tidy. Only thing for people coming from Scandinavia, there is no breakfasts as we are used to. I can not complain though. This is Typical Italian breakfast, sweet cookies, very sugary croissant and Marmelade and Nutella + coffee, tea and milk. However Laura always put plenty of fresh fruit in the kitchen every morning. Otherwise everything is perfect. Molto bene! I would love to come back.”

“Alessandro was an excellent, incredibly kind, helpful and polite host, who met us at the property on arrival and provided bottled water & tea etc. as it was a bank holiday. He very kindly gave us a lift to and from Pisa to do some sightseeing and organised a very early morning taxi to bring us to the airport when we were leaving. We were given 2 sets of keys making it easier to come and go as we pleased & he recommended places to eat. The apartment was very big, spotlessly clean & the linen was freshly laundered. “Super. Apartment is in gig probably family house with large garden. During the trip we contacted the owner to clarify the arrival time. After arrival, the owner showed us the apartment and explained everything in and in the around. The apartment is richly furnished and everything you may need was available. Inside we felt a bit like in Africa. The large garden, where there is a terrace to the apartment, is a pretty and with quiet atmosphere. It is in the destination on the weekend a lot of Italian visitors (not many foreigners) and the beach is quite full. But it's also there, there are more action options such as the streetfood festival and some market stalls - on the weekend. On the other hand, in the week there is more peace.”

Ownes is very helpfull, great contact, zero problems. I`m really recommend to stay in this apartment for vacations.”

Also has a small garden, you can chill out in the afternoon sun. The building has only private holiday homes, mostly used by locals, a big closed yard with private parking. There is a gate at the back of the property, a 3 min walk through the dunes gets you to the free beach or you can go to the next pay-beaches if you like (La Tintarelleria, La Siesta). We were there end of September and there was almost nobody in the neighborhood (summer school-holiday was over), only on weekends a bit more people on the beach. It was a nice and quiet spot, good for relaxing. The other side of the road is a newly built area called “Eliopoli”, with a supermarket (Conad-City) and some restaurants and bars, our favorite was the pizzeria (La Chiesina). The location is also a great starting point to discover the Pisa-Lucca area and the beaches. Pisa is 25 min by car. Last but not least a really nice and friendly host, we loved her!”

We went to the centre of Tirrenia by bus - it's free. Had a dinner in Chochobio - it was recommended by Ylenia - mmm, nice place. In total, we really enjoyed this place. Unfortunately it was available only for 1 day when we booked it. Better to stay here for at least 2 days to rest near the sea without hurry)”
