“The owner was very friendly. He spoke Italian of course but also French and when coupled with my poor French we did not have to resort to the googletranslate app. We arrived by car. He led us down the hill to a nice Italian restaurant/pizzeria once our check in was done. There is a handy bar 50 yards away from hotel. We had a great sleep as it’s in a quiet hamlet. He set up a lovely breakfast for us. He helped us plan our days sightseeing itinerary. Overall a very considerate host and a very pleasant stay.”

“Our hostess Carmela made us feel totally at home and welcomed us as if we were family. With her kind and warm personality, she was attentive and helpful in every possible way, serving delicious and rich breakfast ( including fruit from her garden) with an honest concern for making our stay as pleasant and comfortable as could be. Her home is spacious, we’ll kept with attention to the small details, surrounded by huge windows that allow the soft light and nature to always be in view. The house is extremely clean overlooking her beautiful garden that blends into the national park where it is situated. We stayed four nights and enjoyed ourselves tremendously thanks to The kind and unpretentious person that Carmela is and to delightful and lovely daughter Martina.”
