“The best service even by Japanese standard. Erika and Shiho are very kind and helpful and make sure your stay is comfortable and all your questions answered. This is a brand new hotel everything is new and beautifully decorated and the rooms are the biggest I've seen in Japan. Small things like the welcoming origami on the bedside table or the washing detergent next to the washer/dryer make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you Wallaby.”

“Had such a nice stay here, although we were out pretty much all day everyday. Mieko is an absolutely lovely woman and the the hostel has a very friendly homely feel. Also, I didn't find the location to be at all bad, though it's not a place you can just pop back to quickly. It takes 10 minutes to the station, then one train that takes less than half an hour into the centre of Tokyo! Would strongly recommend for anybody on a budget or travelling solo, or just someone who loves homely places to stay with great hosts!”
