“Staff hospitality (I had a problem to run my car due to battery shortage. However, Hotel staff were able to support me in a very kindness manner). During the check out, I raised some questions to reception staff and due to my weak Japanese language I was not able to capture the answers. Later, The reception staff came to Parking to answer my questions which I was not expected. I appreciate his kindness! Thank you so much!”
