“Very quick and clear response when I e-mailed to ask about bus to hotel. Staffs are very nice. On the check-out day, we rushed to board a bus back to JR station. Staffs were worried we might miss the bus so they kept checking on us and escorted us to the bus stop and helped us to carry our big luggage on to the bus. Facilities are so good. Room is big with the nice morning view of mountain range. There are many onsen types you can choose. I love the outdoor one the most. Breakfast is great. I love the homemade bread but too bad I have to time to buy it in the shop.”
