“my twin western room was cramp and smelly and walkway to my room gloomy .Even after I open the window to air the room, it still doesnt smell pleasant . cramp- after putting 2 luggage there is no space to walk. other onsen hotels served tea and mochi sweets in the room for us , this hotel doesnt. The lady just show us to our room and thats it. I dont think I will be visiting this hotel again. Another unplesant thing is when I arrived in my car & parked at the carpark lot just right infront of the hotel, no one came out to help with my luggages. It was only after i signal to them and they came. I would have expected good service considering it wasn't crowded when I arrived”
