“Room was exactly like the photos. Very well equipped. Bed was really comfy and lots of pillows. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. the shower was hot and had good pressure. there's plenty of outdoor seating and nice clean mountain air. It is a little far away from everything (which is why I booked it!), but it does mean that you have to do all your grocery shopping before you arrive. There are some comments about it being difficult to get around, but I disagree. The owners will drive you to the main road (about 7 minutes away by car, but easily walkable), from there you can take the #9 bus into town, or if you want to go hiking at Seoraksan tell the driver of the #9 and he will let you off where you can cross the street and wait for the #7 or #7-1 that will take you right to the gates of Seoraksan National Park. Buses are between 1200-1500 won, so overall it's really cheap and easy to get around. Susie speaks English too, and is easy to communicate with via text, which makes everything really easy.”
