“We stayed here for 2 nights after our desert experience in Merzouga. A gorgeous rural retreat and perfect location as only 30mins from the airport where we needed to catch an early flight. Pool is fantastic and the local village is worth walking around. Mohammed met us in Tahanaout as very difficult to find the property. He was extremely accomodating and the staff were fantastic. Beautiful views from the rooftop where we had our breakfasts, or you can choose to dine by the pool.”

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, ApartHotel Nzaha offers self-catering accommodation. Free WiFi access is available.
“ApartHotel Nzaha - This was an easy to find hotel on our motorcycle trip through Morocco, located on the main street and clearly signed. We were invited to bring our two motorcycles into the Hotel complex for security overnight. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment had a comfortable and clean bedroom and a basic but clean and functional bathroom. The sitting room and kitchen area was small but provided useful space for our panniers and luggage. We had a comfortable night’s sleep and the air conditioning worked well. There was a reasonable menu in the hotel restaurant although we suggest you keep a very close eye on what you order, what you’re served and what you’re charged for. For breakfast, remember to take your ‘breakfast ticket’ from reception to the restaurant the following morning otherwise you won’t be asked if you have paid for breakfast on your room nor will you be offered the basic breakfast. You will instead just be offered and charged for the A la Carte breakfast. Fortunately the kind hotel reception staff managed to get a partial refund but if the restaurant staff had just asked us if we had room and breakfast included we would have remembered to get our breakfast ticket from reception. We felt there was a little bit of ‘revenue generating’ perhaps going on in the restaurant part of the complex but the reception staff seemed to be on our side. We were also very impressed by the reception staff generosity in offering us their adaptor plug (we paid them) because we had lost ours. This saved us a big headache of not being able to charge our phones and computer and cameras for the rest of the journey.”
