Nanda at reception was also amazing and gave us maps and detailed instructions on how to get to all of the local sights (by way of their free loan bikes!), including the lake boat trips, the nearby Cave pagoda, good local restaurants and then the winery on the hill, just in time for sunset! Can't recommend this place enough!! Great choice of breakfast included, great people who looked after our every need (including laundry - extra $ but worth it), clean rooms with good showers, awesome location and easy to get around. Couldn't do enough to help .Arranged trips for fair prices,lake day trip and sunset cruise and the boat collects you from the hotels own jetty. plus we did a trip to Kakku Pagodas which the hotel arranged and was amazing. “Loved this place. This is an example of good customer service and how important is to make your customer happy. Rooms are very clean and they have air conditioning and hot shower. Breakfast is included in the rooms price and it's one of the best I got, fruits, toasts with jam and butter and omelette. But what I liked the most, is the fact that the owner is such a nice person, she is very helpful, attentive, helps you with bus tickets and boat trip (at a very cheap price) and is constantly offering you tea. Also has bikes for rental.”
