“We felt very very welcome. We enjoyed the facilities beyond expectation. The villas are spacious, not shared with others as we initially thought 👍🏽. Staff are the best part of the experience. Leo and tessa truly made the difference. They assisted us beyond the usual. From arranging someone to bring me cigarettes as I didn’t know the places around , to arranging my partner’s birthday cake and decorating the room, as a surprise, while we were enjoying Breakfast. Leo came in on his day off to make this work. Tessa walked with me to the shops after her shift to show me the way so I could do some shopping. I couldn’t thank you enough and I really hope you get to read this compliment.”
