“The company has 2 locations, a hotel and a bit further there is the building with the appartments. We stayed at the appartments, this building is quite new so that was nice. Everything was very clean and good, the appartment was good equipped. After making the reservation on Booking the communication with the staff was very good. There is no reception at the appartments building but they sent me an e-mail with clear instructions and a phone number just in case. If i had a question then i always got very fast answer. The staff also organises whale safari trips and other activities. The whale safari was excellent! Excellent boat, very kind and skilled captain and nice staff on the boat. They really gave us more than we expected! The location is also very nice, if you leave the appartments and you turn left then you have a 10 minutes drive to the end of the island and there is a beautiful place to go for a walk to the lighthouse, or to make a fire on the beach, and it is very dark there so it was a good point to see the northern lights. We had a really really great time there! The staff really is doing all they can to give their guests a good time!”
