“Everything! Starting from the beautiful location, the restored farmstead is amidst farmland of the Alentejo region, surrounded by hills and complete serenity. The rooms are so comfortable and beautifully designed keeping with the country style. Even the family room, a few meters away from the main house, is cozy. The staff is so warm and hospitable, always a smile on their face and make you feel right at home. We were a group of 9 and they were always so accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it every morning. We met the owner, Cristina, who is very passionate about what they do, and always made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Loved the place, missing it already, thank you! We will be back for sure.”

“Lost in the middle of the countryside. But the good “lost”. Hosts were very nice, as much as their little dog. We were moved by their story of leaving Holland & the city to embrace such a different way of life here. The Quinta is beautiful. If you come from Estremoz, try to find the road along the mountain to get there. It is stunning.”

“Such a beautiful and wonderfully tranquil environment out on the farm. The infinity pool is fabulous overlooking the land. Don't miss the jeep tour which takes you through the acres and acres of cork trees, olive trees and grape vineyard. José is a wealth of information. He did an excellent job of explaining how everything is grown and processed and answered all of our questions. We will return.”

“Location difficult to find, but all was ready when we arrived with an welcome bottle of wine waiting for us. The house location is lovely with views across the fields. The house is comfy and very well equipped, the patio is fantastic for a barbecue and al fresco meals. Not much happening in the neighbourhood, but a great location for day trips to a number of locations.”
