The hotel is just across the street from a hospital (may be useful...) and there are taxis all the time in front of the hospital. Great staff, helpful and nice! 24 hour reception desk, I could leave the key while getting out. The room was comfortable, the matrasses are new. The bedding - clean. Towels were changed every day. Bathroom and room were cleaned every day. All rooms have a fridge. The air conditioning was warming up the room quite fast (it was December). I needed fast internet, which I got, the signal was strong and not fluctuating, I had a skype business call and I was very satisfied with the wifi connection. You can park your car in front of the hotel or in the inner courtyard. You can go smoke on the terrace in the inner courtyard, away from the busy street, shielded by a metal fence from any intruders. Arad in general is perfect for a city break and Hotel Darosy provides the best price/quality ratio, considering the above-stated criteria. Wether you are in Arad for a short city break or in transit from or to Western Europe, I recommend this nice and cosy hotel.”

We came at 11PM, the person from the reception was outside, he opened the gates from the parking lot, and we parked all our 3 cars on the property, were they were safe. The room was just what we needed for a rest, a shower and 3 beds. At 5 AM the worker was at the reception awake, he opened the gates and we left. For the price we paid, it was more then enought. Now i know were to stop on my next trip to Europe.”
