“I booked for my sibling who came from out of state and overseas (we had 3rooms in total). #shocker, booking.com lied to me on the phone about the total cost after tax. As i was about to pay i was given an outrageous cost in taxes. The hotel staff WS also upset that we were lied to. In the future, I will book directly through the hotel. First day as we walked into the room (rm 222/223) bath tub was backed up with some muky stuff from the drain,no toilet paper was added after we asked no one came up until I sent my child to the reception, T.V in the gym did not work, I asked for help the young lady tried but could not fix it. Cable in the room was not working (CNN),they did not take out the towels until we left a pile outside our and they picked them IP the next day that means no clean towels in our room. This was quite stressful to constantly worry about towels in my too. They only had soap and shampoo when we checked in. My bed sheet had a brown stain, the carpet had stains etc...I spoke to the young man at the reception and he said to talk to the manager. When I came in to talk to the manager there was no one at the reception for more than 45 mins that I waited.To say the least my sibling who I got the extra rooms for were disgusted.The breakfast was not hot eg hot water and eggs etc. I could go on and on...”
