“We visited Palu from Australia and were overwhelmed by the kindness of the people in a recovering disaster zone. The hotel is the only “western” style in the city and is still in process of refurbishing after the tsunami but was lovely. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were fine, great breakfast buffet. Staff were very helpful and kind. Laundry service was fantastic. Could honestly spend all day at the seaside terrace in front of the hotel. A lovely way to end each day watching the sunset.”

“We stayed there one night for stopover on the way back from the Togeans. The stuff was very helpful to organize a short visit in the hospital and organized everything fast and professional. Very nice location in the mountains between Luwuk and the airport. Rooms are very clean. Shuttle service to the city centre and airport. Veeery good dinner and buffet breakfast with a nice view above the city.”
