This feels like such a hidden gem... The view from my full marina view room was absolutely the best view I've found in the city of the world-famous Dubai skyline. The rooms and hotel are luxuriously furnished, the breakfast offering amazing, and most of all, the staff went out of their way to be at my service at every turn. I especially want to mention June, Basant and Angi who were sterling in their kindness and generosity. I'll definitely be back again! X

Nestled on the shores of the Dubai Creek, Park Hyatt Dubai boasts a 100-metre infinity lagoon leading into a beautiful private sandy beach. It also features a 25-metre pool set among palm trees. Excellent location and huge golf park for walking, running etc. Brilliant for families to take time out of stressful city environment. Hotel design is modern internally but they kept Arabic style on facade design which was historical and relaxing.

Set in Dubai and with Grand Mosque reachable within less than 1 km, Arabian Boutique Hotel offers concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. The breakfast was very good. Fabulous coffee and very helpful attentive staff. Couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was ok. The room was spacious and airy with old features and the bathroom was high quality. Will definitely stay again.

For those travellers on a quest for Emirati authenticity, Al Seef Heritage Hotel is the perfect place to discover the roots of Dubai. What a beautiful place to stay! The views are amazing; it is right in the middle of the market place, so when you leave your room, you have plenty to do. We visited the market during the day and at night and enjoyed the entire experience. The room is close to the canal, so you can catch a boat to the souks, walk around and support the local shops, and go to the various restaurants, and it's also only 10 minutes from the airport. The vibe is exactly what you would expect, with music in the background playing at night. It just adds to the experience of staying in old Dubai. When you close your windows, the music also fades, and they stop around 11 p.m. I really recommend this place for couples and friends travelling to Dubai. It's worth every penny.
