Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean facilities, modern room, and delicious breakfast. Across the road from a small shopping complex including a Carre Four, which was very convenient. Would stay again.

Ghaya Grand Hotel is located in Dubai Production City, near the Tecom Zone. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property. It offers a swimming pool and 5 restaurants. My experience at this hotel was awesome. The room was clean and neat. All amenities that you would expect in a 5 star hotel were available. Gym, pool, room service… The breakfast and dinner were beyond bountiful and i couldn’t decide what to pick. The staff were welcoming and well behaved. Qumar who is is a housekeeping supervisor was very professional and I won’t forget his quality of service.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The apartment is really great with a wonderful balcony and view. The beds are very comfortable. The location is good, because it is quite and peaceful. You may find one restaurant 0-24, a shop 0-24, another shop 8 am - 2 am, and another restaurant 10 am - 00:30 am . They are great too. The city is about 90 - 130 dirhams by taxi in a return way - very good price. So we recomment this YouCo to everyone! :)

If you have a car the flat is about 30 minutes from all the tourist sites, if you don't have a car don't take the flat.

A recently renovated apartment in Dubai, Birchfort - Newly Renovated Huge 2 bedroom apartment offers children's playground, parking on-site and sports facilities. Comfortable for a short stay in Dubai. Well located to reach most sights within 20-30min. Apartment was very quiet, hardly heard any noise from the neighbors or outside which made for a good night's sleep.
