The staff helped me throughout with my stay and two small children. They helped me change money, book tango, get takeout delivery for the kids so we could see the tango (after a few restaurants didn't work out I left her cash and she basically took over ensuring they got dinner, bringing it up to the nanny). They helped order cabs, recommend activities, hold suitcases, replace sheets after kid's accident and never once complained when the kids ran around reception and we had bags falling everywhere. All but one spoke fluent English. The room itself was spacious and very clean with daily housekeeping. It was a dream to come back to after a long day out. They even tucked the kids stuffed animal into the crib sheets.

The Argenta Tower offers spacious suites in a privileged location in the Retiro district, close to Florida Street, Teatro Colón, Obelisk and other tourist attractions of Buenos Aires. Excellent and comfortable apartment with good views from the room and great breakfast in an absolutely terrific part of the city a short walking distance from the central square. It was very safe to walk there at any time of day or night. Every building on every street in that area looked like a little palace, or even a large palace. If we are ever again in Buenos Aires, we will surely get back to this hotel. Highly recommended!
